I took two rollers. Quality is great: polyurethane foam pillows with memory (not foam), polyurethane foam in non-removable fabric cases, top removable breathable covers (after washing did not deform, no spools, the color has not changed), zippers are quality. You can put under your knees, and under your lower back, and under your lower legs for sleep on your stomach. With proper use will last years 2-4 (the main thing is not to wet the pillow itself!). Very satisfied and recommend!
